refunds
cancellations and refunds
Effective 26 August 2026.
the short version
If disco is not what you needed, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After that, cancel whenever you want: you keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
the 30-day money-back guarantee
It runs for 30 days from your first payment on a paid plan. Ask inside that window and you get that payment back in full — the whole amount, not a proportion of it, and you do not have to say why. There is no restocking fee and no partial-month arithmetic.
Two things it does not cover, said plainly so they are not a surprise at the point of asking. It is the first payment on a subscription, not later renewals — once you have been billed for a second month, that month runs to its end rather than coming back. And it is separate from removing extra cloud accounts, which is handled below.
Email sales@discocloud.io and say you want a refund. We process it through Paddle, who took the payment, so the money returns by the route it arrived — normally within a few business days once they have it.
how to cancel
In the product, from your organization's billing settings. It takes effect immediately in the sense that no further payment is taken, and not at all in the sense that anything stops working — your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and then the organization moves to the free plan.
You do not have to email anyone, give a reason, or give notice. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, which is the other half of why the guarantee only has to cover the first payment: after it, the most you can ever be committed to is the month you are in.
what happens to your data
Nothing is deleted because you cancelled. If the free plan's limit of 3 cloud accounts is fewer than you have connected, the organization becomes read-only until you choose which to keep — and exporting your data, removing accounts, and deleting the organization outright all keep working throughout. See pricing for how the plans differ and trust for what we hold and for how long.
removing extra cloud accounts
On pro, accounts beyond the 10 included cost $15 a month each. Adding one is charged for the rest of the month straight away. Removing one takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for rather than coming back as a refund — you keep the account until then.
if we billed you wrongly
If we billed you for something you did not buy, charged you twice, or kept charging after a cancellation, that is our mistake and we will correct it in full, whenever it comes to light. It is not covered by the 30-day window and it is not limited by it — a charge that should never have happened has no deadline.
Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, you have that right and nothing on this page removes it.
who you are paying
Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, and any sales tax or VAT, so their name is what appears on your statement rather than ours. The service itself is provided by Icearp Consulting LLC.
asking us about a charge
Email sales@discocloud.io and a person will read it. If something has gone wrong with a charge, say so plainly and we will look at the actual record rather than the policy first.
