terms of service

These terms are being finalized with counsel. The operative agreement today is the one you accept in-product at sign-up.

the operator

The Disco Cloud hosted service is operated by Icearp Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Tennessee, United States. Disco Cloud is a registered assumed name of that company, which also holds the intellectual property and the domain names.

the service

disco discovers and inventories cloud resources across amazon web services, microsoft azure, and google cloud platform; records the relationships between them; and tracks how both change over time. Access to your cloud environments is read-only, and you never provide a credential — you grant a role, a delegation, or a federated identity, and you can revoke it at any time without involving us.

The scanner engine is separately available as open source under the mit license, on its own terms.

paying for it

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles sales tax and vat. The service itself is provided by Icearp Consulting LLC under these terms.

in the meantime

The agreement presented at sign-up governs your use of the service. When the full terms are published here, existing customers will be notified before they take effect.
